RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. General Conditions

You can return the products you purchased from Skadala.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Products to be returned:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, unworn except for trying on, and undamaged .

  • It must be in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale ,

  • It must be sent complete with its accessories, if any .

Returns of products that do not meet the return conditions, whose labels have been removed or whose packaging has been damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the same address without any additional charge.


2. Return Notification and Shipping Address

To initiate a return, you can send an e-mail to info@skadala.com , specifying which product you would like to return .

After return approval, you must send the product to the following address:

Notes:

  • The product must be sent with its invoice and the return form on the back of the invoice.

  • For purchases made with a corporate invoice, a return invoice must be issued.


3. Return Conditions and Process

  • Original shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are not refundable for product returns .

  • The product to be returned must be complete and in its original packaging . Products with shipping labels, packing tape, or writing on the packaging will not be accepted.

  • If the returned products are defective / missing / damaged , the product will be sent back to the customer.

  • Once the returned product is approved, the product price will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days using the same payment method as the BUYER.

Return Fee:

  • In payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

  • For payments made via money order/EFT, the refund amount will be deposited to the IBAN account specified by the customer .

  • Depending on banks' processing times, refunds may take a few business days to be reflected on your card.

You will be notified via email when your return is completed.


4. Products That Cannot Be Returned Under the Right of Withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products specially prepared for personal use,

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (underwear, etc.),

  • Limited edition products for special occasions such as New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day.


5. Change Policy

You can exchange the products you purchased from Skadala.com by making an exchange request within 14 days from the delivery date .

For your change requests:
📧 You must send an e-mail to hakan@skadala.com and specify which product and which size/color you would like to exchange it for.

Change process:

  1. The product is sent to Skadala along with its invoice and return form.

  2. The product is examined and if approved, a free replacement is made if available in stock.

  3. If the product to be replaced is not in stock, the product price will be refunded according to the return policy principles.

  4. If there is a price difference between the replaced product and the new product, the difference will be paid by the BUYER.

Note: The product must be unused, unworn outside, and in resalable condition, except for testing.


6. Special Day Products

Limited collection products produced during special periods such as New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day are not included in the scope of exchange and return.
