4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

  • Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or money order/EFT .

  • For payments made by credit card, installment options determined by the relevant bank are valid.

  • Product delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER within 30 (thirty) days after the order is confirmed .

  • SELLER shall inform BUYER in case of delay in delivery due to stock status or extraordinary circumstances (natural disaster, strike, logistics obstacle, etc.).

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product .

  • Notifications of the right of withdrawal must be made by e-mail to info@skadala.com .

  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and suitable for resale .

  • In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price will be refunded within 14 days in accordance with the BUYER's payment method.

  • For returns with corporate invoices, a return invoice must be issued for the return process .

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared according to personal requests or special measurements,

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, accessories, etc.),

  • Products whose packaging has been opened, labels have been removed or used,

  • Limited edition products for special occasions (New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day).

7. DELIVERY AND CARGO

  • Cargo service is provided through contracted cargo companies.

  • Deliveries within Turkey are usually made within 2–7 business days .

  • SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays or errors made by the cargo company .

  • If damaged packaging is detected during product delivery, the BUYER must have the cargo officer draw up a report and must not accept the delivery.

8. REFUND OF PRODUCT PRICE

  • After the right of withdrawal is exercised, when the returned product reaches the SELLER, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest .

  • For payments made by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the transaction processes of the relevant bank.

  • In payments made via bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the IBAN account provided by the BUYER.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce .
